Scrum Day London is a premier Agile and Scrum-focused conference that has been shaping and inspiring the Agile community since 2015. Now celebrating its 10th Anniversary, this annual event has become a cornerstone for professionals dedicated to advancing Agile practices, building robust teams, and fostering innovation across industries.

Over the past decade, Scrum Day London has welcomed thousands of attendees, hosted globally renowned keynote speakers, and provided a platform for thought leaders to share their insights and experiences.

As we celebrate this milestone, Scrum Day London continues to be a hub for knowledge exchange, networking, and the exploration of the next decade of Agile and Scrum evolution.

Our Journey

2015

The Beginning

Scrum Day London was founded by a small group of Agile practitioners who saw a need for a dedicated Scrum conference in the UK. The first event attracted 150 attendees and featured 12 speakers.

2017

Expansion

The conference doubled in size, introducing workshops and hands-on sessions. We expanded from a one-day to a two-day format to accommodate growing interest and content diversity.

2020

Adaptation

During the global pandemic, we pivoted to a hybrid format, making the conference accessible to international participants while maintaining the in-person networking that our community values.

2024

Innovation

We introduced specialized tracks for different experience levels and industries, launched a year-round community platform, and established the Scrum Day London Scholarship Program.

2026

Looking Forward

This year's theme focuses on "Agile at Scale" - exploring how Scrum and Agile practices evolve in large, complex organizations while maintaining their core values and effectiveness.
